Christmas Wednesday
Merry Christmas!! I hope you have been enjoying your Christmas with family and friends.
Today:
Make Christmas dinner
Pick up wrapping paper thrown all through the house.
Take trash, boxes outside for the trash pick up Fri.

I am having a nice day, we got lots of snow and my friend and her family can't make it for dinner like we planned.... It's Ok, I want them to be safe..... I won't have to cook for a while, we have a ton of food !!!!!
I have dinner to finish and the house to pick up, dh is napping and I'll get it done before he wakes......

After the gift opening this morning, I went through the pile of gift wrap and salvaged several good size pieces to use next year....I also got 6 metallic bows and one gift bag out of the deal

The oven roaster chicken is cooking.....they were B1G2 free a couple of months ago, and all the trimmings that I am serving were loss leaders over the past couple of months.

Way to go Katiebug! You are truely frugal. I never thought of salvaging the gift wrap. I only keep the shirt boxes and bags.Originally posted by katiebug

livingroom is still covered in myriah gift that i asked until i was blue to pick up.
did some laundry so i would have something clean to wear today.
still have to shower.
turkey is in the roaster,
brunch has been served at noon.
i am going to enjoy today and clean tomorrow.
I just want to veg out and maybe have my nap now it is all over.
still have to cook everything to go with the turkey that will be ready sometime this evening.

Well, DH is firing up the BBQ to roast the prime rib and the oven is heating for his special baked potaotes (crab/artichoke!). I am going to vacuum and we'll be set. Have a great day, everyone!
