I would love some too. My recipes are all still in NY. I have been baking some pretty regular type cookies in the last few weeks. I'll do some searching and see if I can come up with any yummy looking ones.

Thumprints
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
4 oz chocolate chopped
1 1/2 tsp corn syrup
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together 1/2 cup of butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in flour gradually.
Roll dough by tsp into balls and place 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and press thumb into tops of cookies to make indentations. Return to oven and bake until light brown on the edges, 7 to 9 minutes.
Combine chocolate, 1/4 cup butter and corn syrup in a small bowl. Set over a pot of simmering water; stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly. When cookies are cool, fill the thumbprints with the chocolate mixture.
