what are you baking for the holidays?
I'll admit that I am not a big baker. I generally bake some cookies and never enough where I need to freeze ahead or anything. It's always just us for the holidays.
I always intend to do some candymaking, but never seem to actually do it.
What do you guys bake or make ahead for the holidays? If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. Ugh...hopefully a bunch of really good WW friendly recipes.
I'm a big baker, especially around the holidays, but I can never resist my treats. I am worried that the holidays will sabotage my current dieting effort, so I'm looking for low fat, low calorie recipes now

I don't think I'll do any baking this Christmas for the very reason that Michelle talked about. I can't resist Christmas baking either, its really a hard thing to do. I'll probably purchase a small Christmas cake from a group of mentally challenged adults in a small town close to us, and if I decide we want to have some Christmas cookies, I'll purchase a pkg. from the bakery.
My main problem is I love baking as well and I love baking in large batches. When the stuff is here and in sight, well you all get the picture.
I plan on purchased a lot more Japanese oranges though to replace the baking!!
