Gifts for men...

What is the best gift that you have ever given to your dh, dad, brother or any other man in your life? Malcom has given me some ideas of what he would like and I have gotten a couple of them but he is so hard to buy for!!! I have even gone as far as to check out the top 10 gifts for men and I can't afford any of them....like a pair of $100 slippers!!!

So I would love to hear some of the neat gift ideas you have given. TIA!

Just asked GW (whose taste it totally different than any other guy I've ever known...) and he said the best things I've ever gotten him is a certain computer game that we couldn't find anywhere that I was finally able to locate, his MP3 player, and his hugely overpriced electric razor that he just had to have when he got home from Baghdad because all the other guys had them....(if all of the others were jumping off a bridge....??)

I used to buy things for my dad that were specifically for him - he loved chocolate covered almonds but wouldn't spend the money for them so I'd buy him several pounds....same with his favorite "flavor" of pipe tobacco....

Is there anything that Malcom likes but won't buy for himself?? Maybe a gift certificate to his favorite "guy" store - bait & tackle if he's a fisherman, and that sort of thing.....

Or perhaps a display case for medals earned??

Oh Daphne, men are soooo hard to buy for. We do wish lists and try to stick pretty close to em. I think this year I'm going to give dh a gift certificate to have his seat re-upholstered in his '94 Dodge pickup. (it has about 130,000. miles on it and still going strong!)
