    Talking guess what i got for christmas?? ;o)

    my wonderful mother-in-law got me a new scapbook, a huge pack of 12x12 paper (various patterns), a pack of colored card stock, 3 packs of lettering stickers, a paper trimmer, a corner clipper, double sided tape for scrapping, and a HUGE tote to keep it all in.   i was SOOOO excited. now i can really be a part of this club. i can't wait to get started after the holidays.

    edited to add: OOOPS forgot about the decorative scissors too.

    i think i want to start off with the day the kids were born. like pictures from when i was pregnant and the day i gave birth (hospital photos, ultrasound pic, id cards, etc.) what do you think??

    Spunds like a great place to start! I have some of those pregnancy pics too, i should get scrappin on those someday soon. Good thinking! I can't wait to see your pages as you do them!

    How exciting!!

    A word of advice....it's better to start at the present (while the memories are fresh) and work your way back.....and make sure you journal, journal, journal!! When you're kiddos are older & poor ol' mom doesn't remember things so well ( ) they'll have your memories in your handwriting to reflect one - something so personal is a wonderful gift that you'll give your children for the next "X" years!!

    Congrats on the great gift & Happy Scrapping!!
