Other than Christmas-What is your favorite holiday?
Mine is July 4th. We always get together as a family on the Fourth and have big cookouts or we go camping all together and it is such a wonderful day to celebrate. We are so blessed to live in a country where we are free and independent.
What is your favorite and why?

Mine too! I love to get together with family and watch the fireworks and just have a great day celebrating independence.~*Michelle*~

I dislike Christmas actually
but I think my favourite is Easter, celebrating salvation. Less commercial hype in spite of the bunny and eggs, both of which I enjoy in their low key way (no tree to put up and take down, no cards you are "supposed" to send, no presents, just relaxed fun) and mostly centered around God's gift of salvation.
Next it would have to be July 1 CANADA DAY! Yayyyy!
I'm a loyal Canuck LOL and I like to kick back and relax on that day with dh and the kids and just celebrate our family and our country.

hmmm----
Easter-- warmer weather than Christmas, less commercialism to deal with-- more centered on Christ.
Halloween-- we always have a huge weiner roast, hayride and such. I also liked the dress up parties and pretending.

I'd say 4th of July is my favorite!!!! We spend that holiday at the lake with my parents and love to watch all the fireworks reflecting off the water!
