    It doesn't seem to be that hard Chelle, it looks like a piece of pylwood cut in the shape, drilled for holes (for lights), lights attached then the jewelery hotglued or super glued to it.


    It is neat though.

    too cool - i have plenty of costume jewelry - I think I am gonna make one!! My problem is I will think its too pretty too put away after Christmas. I love sparklees!!

    My MIL made one of these though and I have it. It is in a picture frame about 24x 15 ?? she used a short strand of lights, and then some styrofoam and used pins and hot glue to attach the jewlry and it is way cool too..
