Default I'm going to hang my teens by their toes on the big tree out front...

and call them "living ornaments" if they don't quite bickering!!! I'll use garland to steady them so they don't fly off in the wind. Maybe, just maybe if they are good I'll string some big Christmas lights up there so they can cuddle close to them to stay warm.
They are just going slightly crazy at the moment with the kitchen torn up, Jaysn being sick and having to do the dishes in the bath tub. If this keeps up I will be welcoming going to work so that I can get break from them.

    Awww...the joys of Christmas break!!!!

Ain't nothing like being a mom during the holidays - add kids, renovation projects and sickness. Oh who could ask for more....

Sending you all a big hugs and saying extra prayers too. Think warm, sunny thoughts......

I know the feeling. We are out of school for 2 weeks, which means I am home for 2 weeks listening to the fighting. I had to go to WM and purchase some paintballs and CO2's so they would have something to do....and to save my sanity.

Debbie! I don't have kids, but we have cats that don't get along and they howl and growl at each other...does that count?

I remember we used to drive Mom crazy!

Michele~my 4 indoor cats are too busy exploring the ripped up kitchen to fight today! Normally the are hissing at each other.

The funny thing is that we homeschool, so the boys are usually home with me. I think it's just because they do not have something constructive to do that I am dealing with this. I just told them all to find something, anything to do that will keep them busy. Chris went to work on piano, Josh on his base guitar and Jaysn is reading.

    Lucie

I don't always have a great sense of humor when I'm stressed. My boys can attest to that. However, I am determined to not them them get me all stressed out and now they are laughing at this thread since Josh came in and read it over my shoulder. They have settled down a bit since they know that I will find a rather yucky job for them if they do not cool it. Heck, I'll hire them out to the neighbors to pick up dog messes if that's what it takes!!!!

They are 19,18,17,16,13 and 10. I had a woman when we were out today in a store she kept saying pray sweetie pray .Finally I said I am for someone to shoot me! lol lol
