    Default Organizing Christmas for 2005

Ok I know its early, but I want to get on the ball and have things planned for next Christmas. I found this site and I like a few of the ideas here. I plan on using the notebook/binder idea to keep myself organized on who I need to buy for, what I have bought (hopefully before Dec) and where I stored it. I can't stand that last minute Dec panic.

Another goal of mine is to make many of the gifts I give out next year. That means getting started much earlier! Hopefully keeping a binder/notebook will help me remember who I have gotten presents or made things for and who is left. And since I will have to hide things all year, I gotta fight that "out of sight, out of mind" problem I have lol. So looks like its notebook time for me.
    Yes Missy I said "notebook"

I love it! This is exactly what I was talking about as one of my New Years resolutions! Since I was so sick this past December (Dec.2-19th) I am still to this day finishing up my Christmas presents for this year! I will never procrastinate for Christmas again!! I will start my plan once everything is shipped out for this year...and DH will get his quilt this year!!

    Thanks Melody for the site!

Yes Missy, you are slowly but surely converting me to the "notebook" side

I figured out another thing I want to put in the notebook. A list of ideas/projects for the year. I want to grow my own strawberries this year so I can make homemade freezer jam and give that as gifts. I usually go to a pick your own place, but this year, I wanna do it all from scratch! I am going to cheat and try the hanging bags, but hey, its a start! lol Anyway, I have a page for ideas like that one and other hm projects in the notebook/3 ring binder.
