    Thumbs up Christmas version

Here is my Christmas version of this block **UPDATED** Block finished - What a fun and easy scrap quilt to make

You could have it a number of ways:

~all greens on one side, reds on the other
~all reds on one side, lights on other
~all greens on one side, lights on other
    ~combinations of greens/lights/reds

I've chosen to do mine with darks (greens & reds) on one side, lights on the other side. I've decided to use a red or green as the middle strip.

Often you might get a Christmas fat quarter or you may have a few and wonder what can I do with these. Here is the perfect project.

Also, Christmas material goes on sale right after Christmas. It usually starts at 40% off, however by the middle of spring you will often see it marked down by 70%.

If you wanted to, you could do only 4 or 5 blocks and make it into a table runner. You could also make placemats with this design.
