Default I just saw a really neat gift idea.

In a million years, I don't think I would have thought of this as an actual gift:

It is basically a sign post (think the sign post on M*A*S*H) but personalized to the gift recipient.

If I can get my hands on the supplies without spending a fortune, I think I will make one for my parents' lake home. I've got the proper saws to make the cuts easily enough, so I don't think it will be a difficult project.

Cute idea if the person has a spot for it.

Yeah, that is exactly why I never would have thought of it. I would NEVER put one in front of my house. But both my parents and my ILs have lake places that these would be perfect at.

Nice idea, thanks Kimberly. Could you imagine one of us having one with all the villagers arrow block pointing to their house? Many many miles all over the world, lol.

That is cute. I might make one for myself - I am from Kentucky, DH is from New Jersey and we live in North Carolina. Might be cute
