What "topper" do you put on your Christmas tree
I put a homemade angel dd made from a styrofoam cup when she was about 4. It's a treasure and one I'll probably use for a long time, even though the angel's hair is starting to get a bit rattie.

A church spire. It is 40 years old! My father bought it when I was 5 years old. My father bought it because it reminded him of the churches back home in Europe. My dad died when I was 14 after struggling many years with a terminal illness. That ornament means so much to me

The first year we were married DH and I picked out a Christmas Angel, it has been at the top of the tree every year since this will be the 13th year....

2012 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
FIND A NEW JOB!!!

One of those fiber optic angels my dh just had to have. I always liked a star it just seemed to have more meaning for me.
