Christmas pictures

I am going to attempt at taking some nice pictures of Jacob for his Christmas pictures instead of doing professional. Wish me luck!!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this and how did they turn out? Do you have any you could share? Any tips? I'm planning on taking some with him with a santa hat, I'm wrapping a box and putting a bow on it with him sitting in the box, and I've ordered a santa suit for him from Old Navy. I'll take some pictures of him in that too. I'm just wanting something creative to do. I'm also hoping to use these as Christmas cards this year so I need to get these done soon. Thanks for any tips and any pictures you can share!

I took some at home for ds's first Christmas, I took my Boppy and put it under the tree, I covered with Christmas cloth and laid ds on his belly with his arms on the Boppy. I was really happy with the way they turned out..he had on a little Christmas outfit and hat.... I will get them and post so you can see what they looked like...

Sounds like you have some great ideas....

I plan to do ours myself too. My goal is to get the kids when they are in a good mood. Focus in on their faces and not a bunch of back ground. Get down on their level. DH always takes them from above them and they are always looking up. gggrrr!

I hope mine turn out too!
