My over-the-top holiday decorating.
Since the house will be decorated a little bit at a time, that is how I am going to post pictures.
I will start with the two trees posted in the other thread.

Parlor Tree
In the formal living room- the first picture (above) was the dining room, which is under major renovation (decoratively speaking) right now.

Dining Room Chandelier
Please imagine tin ceiling, that the beam is not brown, and the wall in the background is the color of a strawberry dacquiri. (That is wherewe are headed, but stripping the wallpaper has been exceedingly difficult.)

Snow people
I collect snowmen. This hutch is usually lit up, but it seems as if many of my lights were thrown away last year or a box is still missing, as I don't have anywhere near enough to decorate, so I just put the blue garland on it instead. (The room is blue and white, so the holiday decorations that go in it are generally silver and blue.

Dining Room Table-Top Tree
Thanks!
This is a small table-top tree in the dining room. Again, please use your imagination- you can see some of the trouble spots with that darned wallpaper. The window trim will b bright white, and the walls will be strawberry dacquiri.
Because of the angle of the picture, things look all wonky (for example, those beads on the left aren't hanging all goofy, they just look that way.) This tree is very simple and DH really like it that way, but I may take off gold floral pick decorations and replace them with white lace snowflakes, which is how that is normally decorated.
Okay, I take that back- you don't need to use your imagination TOO much. I went back and painted in some strawberry walls. Actually, it should be a little more red than that, but it will give you an idea.

Family Room Window
Much of the detail is lost here- there are silver flowers in the center of the window and on the bobber-ball thingy hanging down.

Wow, Kimberly, they are beautiful. The tree top on your 1st tree is the kind I have! The one my dad bought 40 years ago. It is very precious to me.
I also love your bay windows!

Goodness! If you came to my house you'd be really disappointed.
I don't have 1/4 of the decorations that you do.
Very pretty
