    Thumbs up My surprise Christmas gift - yes this in the right forum

    I've put this here because dd has microcephaly and yet does just so well in everyday life.

    She designed this for me for Christmas. Along with that, she drew the hat, had her dad cut it out on the scrollsaw and then painted it herself. The colors don't do it justice because the hat is red and the scarf on the hat is purple.

    It's a Red Hat purse.

    There is going to be 2 pictures. First the purse. She even lined it herself. She sewed the main part with her sewing machine, then hand sewed the lining in. I asked her how she knew how to hand sew - her response, she watched me.
