    Unhappy We missed Christmas.......

    I had a lovely long conversation on the phone with a dear internet friend on Christmas Eve. I was feeling queasy then but thought it was because I forgot to eat dinner being so busy all day....... NOPE!

    Jack and I both came down with a nasty flu bug and missed Christmas all together!

    We both just started feeling better tonight and I have to say, I don't want to do that again anytime soon!

    Tomorrow evening we are all (my family) supposed to go out to dinner, my sister's gift to us. Hopefully we will be up for that. We should be, but I think the 24 hour bug was a 48 hour one for us.

    Oh well, Christmas will just be extended a few days this year. LOL

    Aw, no fun, Dee. I missed Christmas with my in-laws cuz I had the stomach bug this year. Luckily it was only the 24-hour kind and I was fine for the next day with my parents. I feel your pain.

    Thank you everyone, and yes I am feeling better, but at dinner out tonight Jack started getting sick again. We just got home a bit ago and he went straight to bed, he was white as a ghost.

    I was so sick with the stomach flu for the last 2 days. If that's how you felt on Christmas, I'm so sorry. It was horrible!!!!
