Default What is your favorite Christmas gift?

Mine is my mp3 player. DH got it on sale the day after Thanksgiving, and it came with an $80 rebate if we bought a six month subscription ($90) to an online music service. That means he got my mp3 play and we can get six months of unlimited downloads for a grand total of $89. (Mp3 at $79 and $10 for remainder of subscription, which is worth it.)

I'm loving the free podcasts that you can download at itunes and other places. I have been listening to Dave Ramsey while I clean. Woohoo!!!

LOL we bought a Zelda Gameboy game for the kids this year for Christmas. I'm not even sure if they've played with it yet

Lol, this is the year for movies here. It started when I bought the two boys I daycare for 2 gift cards to the movies. I then returned to buy my daughters boyfriend one also. But then I was a little short on gifts for my girls so I went back and bought both of them gifts cards as well.
Well Christmas Eve came around and I opened a gift from my sister that just happened to be.... a movie gift card. Christmas morning came around and low and behold I opened my stocking from dh and another movie gift card. At this point my dd#2 looking sadly disappointed, hands me a box and says mom I didn't know what everyone else bought. I opened it and yes the final and remaining movie gift card surfaced. $75 in total. But was this my favorite gift or should I say gifts? Nope. No way! What dd#2 didn't know was that she did buy my favorite gift for tucked in with the card was 2 pair of slipper socks, exactly what I wanted!
More than that, I had been asked by several people what I wanted for Christmas. My reply was slipper socks. I recieved several lovely gifts, many gift cards, and even money. But my dd was the only one who really listened to what I really did want. Nice warm, fuzzy slipper socks. My favorite gift.
