Family grab bag or Kringle gift ideas...?

Hello ladies-

our evergrowing family is going to be doing a grab bag/kris kringle for the adults.We were wondering if any other families do something like this and if so what do you do and what type of gifts do you give?Any ideas would help!We talk about it at Thanksgiving every year.

I have never heard of this so I would love to hear all about it!!
What is it? How do you do it?
We go to a family xmas party every year and we do a yankee swap type gift thing but new isea would be great!!

Food baskets-- fill a basket with homemade goodies: jams, breads, cookies, fudge, jerky, flavored butters-- think Hickory Farms, Swiss Colong, Fuji's


Movie baskets-- popcorn, soda, coupon for Blockbuster rental

Jigsaw puzzles are a favorite with all in our family-- so we're always buying puzzles for each other.
