Christmas Crafts Progress Report: August 20th

How are all of you coming along on your Christmas crafts/projects? I finished another sequined ornament today so that brings my total to 3 - I know I am going to have to make at least 14 of these (possibly more).

I don't know what to make yet! We always make something pretty for ds teachers. I was originally wanting to make snow globe candles ... but I'm not so sure now ... maybe some loofa soaps? I'm going to have to make dd a stocking to. I made ds stocking when he was small. I had soooo much more time then! Any ideas for pretty teacher's gifts? I need to make 10 or 12.

I'm almost finished by Log cabin quilt, one more row to do. I have 4 pj's cut out and ready to sew. I have a Raggedy Ann doll all cut out and ready to sew.

I started painting 3 angels painted, only have 497 to go for our craft sale.

Its coming along, but with gardening/canning it isn't top priority right now. Maybe it should be though.

I am in the process of finishing up ornament #6. I know I'm going to be making at least 18 of them now - maybe more. Whew! I will have to buy more supplies next week and get busy again.

I may have a change of plans. I have 12 (I think!) clear glass ornaments I bought after Christmas last year on clearance and I am going to search Dollar Tree for some potpourri and fill the glass ornaments with that. Now I need to sit down and make a list of who will get what.
