    Default What Do You Put On The Top Of Your Tree?

    I salvaged a piece of a quilt that my grandmother made when she was 10 and made a Angel tree topper. I have used it every year for the past 26 years.

    As of right now, nothing. We had a light up angel that we used for many years, but she finally died. I bought a new light up star this year, but the darn thing won't stay on top of my fake tree.

    We use a Victorian angel for our topper but next year I want to do a western themed tree so we will be on the lookout for a nice western style topper.

    2012 Goals
    Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
    Cut down on all unnecessary things.
    Free is best.
    Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
    Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
    Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
    FIND A NEW JOB!!!

    We have a glittery white Star on top of ours. For several years we didn't have a dedicated tree topper and I would just put a big bow up there. I much prefer our star, which I bought a few years ago on 75% clearance.
