Need ideas for Christmas dinner

I am hosting the Christmas dinner for my family this year. I want to serve something that is easy and nontraditional. We had the big traditional turkey, ham a zillion side dishes and pies for Thanksgiving and I will have to have more of the same at my inlaws for their Christmas dinner so I wanted to do something different for mine. The only thing that I am pretty sure I am doing is frying a turkey or two. I need suggestions fellow Villagers for our meal. Thanks in advance.

Easy, nontraditional and uses fried turkey huh. OK how about a turkey burrito buffet? Have your bird sliced, place out your corn and flour tortillas and various fillings. Do a spicy bean and rice side dish to go with.

With the fried turkey maybe do some ribs, mac & cheese, slow cooked baked beans, coleslaw. Make some gravy and dressing to go with the turkey, but also set out a bowl with BBQ sauce for the ribs. By the way, the BBQ sauce is awesome on the fried turkey as well. For dessert, serve your traditional holiday pies and sweets, but also serve some banana pudding. I promise, everyone will love it. Oh, don't forget to slice some tomatoes and cucumbers too and maybe serve some cornbread muffins.
