    Default Do You Hang Mistletoe?

    I do. We have tons of it here on our property and dh shoots it out of the trees and I hang it above every door in the house, LOL. Everyone gets at least a peck on the cheek or a big hug. The kids love it!!

    ~I don't even know what mistletoe looks like so that's a no. Your hubby shooting it out of the trees is cracking me up though....~

    My brother use to shoot it out of the tree. It's been a long time though. Thanks for reminding of that. Now that I don't live close to my home town, I"ll have to buy it if I want some.

    I was just saying to Philip the other day that i've never even SEEN mistletoe, much less been kissed under it. I was speculating that it's so prevelent in Christmas songs because of how well it rhymes. I'm happy to learn someone actually uses the stuff!

    I love it. I get mine from wal mart right now. I dont even know where to find a tree in Maine with it. Now when i was in Louisiana my 2 hubby shot it out a tree for me every year but shhhhhhhhh new DH would not be happy to read that lol

    I have never hung real mistletoe because I was afraid that the kids or the furbabies would ahold of it and eat it or chew on it but we usually hang some good old plastic mistletoe .
