Store Bought Eggnog
Store bought eggnog is a bit too rich for my taste. I thin it by adding an equal part of 1 or 2% milk.

My DH looovvvesss his Nog. There is lower fat versions on the market that are great. Just ask the store folks. I also add a little extra mild to mine, even on the lighter versions.

~It is very rich, and somewhat artificial tasting. I switched to Organic eggnog and the taste difference is huge. It's rich but doesn't taste like melted ice cream! Also, I only have a small cup when I do have it. If I had a passel of youngins drinkin my 'nog I'd be watering it down for other reasons, just like I water down juice!~
