My Dstepdaughter let her 5 year old son call last night. She said he loved it! He walked around the rest of the night saying, "HO HO HO"!

Something has happened. It started on the 13th and I have called every day. It worked every day until today. It tells me that there are restrictions and I can't call from my telephone. Don't know. My best friend called and got a busy signal. My Dstepdaughter who lives in another state called and it wouldn't work for her anymore either. Don't know what is up. Sorry.
