cute gift idea
borowed from another site.....
for a boy: take a clean glass jar --fill with small cars- label "traffic jam". lol
for females: take glass jar -- fill with socks, nail file, foot cream--label "toe jam"
for anyone--- glass jar filled with:
asst chocolate candies/cookies
or
chicken soup mix, small tissue packs, tylenol or cold med, chapstick, hand sanitizer
label: "in case of emergency break glass" hang small toy hammer from ribbon.
the "emergency" jars could be done in sooo many themes. i'd love to hear what others might come up with.

I love the traffic jam
I'm going to use a peanut butter jar though. So it's no danger for the little guy that's receiving it. I think the toe jam is sweet too.
My brother and his wife are adopting 3 more kids. So I'm thinking the break in case of emergency willb e a good one, again in plastic...ROFL. And I'm going to GLUE the lid shut. I'll have advil, etc in it(empty bottles). Just for fun. I can just imagin the fun they are going to have.
The eldest girl might be ready for toe jam. I'll have to talk to her mom though.

You know what! This is just what I needed for my neice 14. I'm tired of the strain. She's into makeup etc, so I'll do the toe jam. Any idea how to make this work for a 17yo boy? I'm thinking a small gc for gaming, batteries, what else? He's into games, I think it's ps2, but might be ps3, I'm not buying games, I have no idea what he has, or likes. But wireless controllers require batteries, gc toward a game... any other ideas? What would you label it?

I got one once filled with Chocolate labeled "Menopause Survival Kit".
I have an idea! How about fill one with coupons and small freebies and maybe small recipe cards and call it "Frugal Survival Kit". Guess you could do that with a coupon holder too. Just fill it with coupons and recipes that use those products.
