What's your Christmas budget?

I'm new here and am trying to think about the upcoming holidays.
For too many years to count I've spent waaaaayyyy too much. I tried talking to some neighbors about their budget and they don't have one. I'm hoping you all can help.
I'm most concerned about
dd-10
dd-7
ds-5
hubby
All the others I'm trying to make gifts (scarves, bath salts, ornaments etc)
any other crafty ideas? (websites?)
