Default Post your $25 Yankee Swap gift ideas

Last year, I bought a marshmallow shooter and mini marshmallows. This was a big hit.

Help me come up with some ideas for this year! They can be gag gifts or regular gifts.

That's tough because it would really depend on the group what would be considered appropriate.
For last year for a neice i didn't know what to buy I took some fabric in a cute old fashoined print and made a mini santa bag. Filled it with a couple DVD's of really old Christmas movies ($1 or $2 at K-Mart) and added a classic looking snow globe ornament and popcorn and treats with the retro labels. The tag said something like relax with some old fashioned Christmas Cheer.

She gave me a stack of romance novels tied with a red ribbon, signed by the author. It was cute because being the only single mom in the family everyone knows I need a littles romance in my life.

Here's an idea, depending on how adventurous the group is. How about one of those long plastic tobaggan sleds, adult knit hat and mittens, a snow ball maker, and some hot cocoa. Or a little bag with hat, eyes, nose, etc. to make a snowman.

You know what would be cute if you wrapped up $25.00 in a small box than wrapped that box in a bigger box and so on so it would look like this big gift, which now adays i don't know anybody who wouldn't love $25.00 cash.
