Putting up decorations!

When do you put up your decorations for Christmas? I always put mine up a couple of days before Thanksgiving so the house will be all pretty for the holidays!

Wesley and I are going to spend a fun day of decorating and watching Holiday movies the day after Thanksgiving.

I try to begin the day after Thanksgiving.

i want to do it as soon as it turns cold but my husband makes me hold off until december..=(

I keep my fall/harvest decorations up till Thanksgiving then pull out the Christmas decorations once December starts. I try to start with the more seasonal/winter (pinecones, cinnamon sticks, vine and evergreen wreaths) items then as the holiday approaches I bring out my Yule and Christmas items (stockings, Santa, etc).

We usually do it on Thanksgiving, I surely am doing it this year since all my kids will be home on Thanksgiving so it will be fun

last weekend of November or first weekend of December. Have to get that rug done by this weekend if its warm enough.

Not for sure maybe the week of thanksgiving.......but I have been listening to my Christmas music since the day after halloween : )

For the past few years, DH and I have been decorating and putting up the tree the day after Thanksgiving.

I think we'll be doing it the weekend after thanksgiving. I'm a scrooge because I hate having the "clutter" around but I do it for my daughter. Christmas tree goes up about 1-2 weeks before Christmas.
