Default Christmas is here! Did you get what you wanted?

I didn't ask for anything because there wasn't one single thing I could think of that I just had to have. My family did good though.

DH gave me a digital photo frame, a Dale JR, #88 Tshirt and hoodie.
DS#1 and his finance gave me a new grandbaby....and a scrapbook that they started of the baby.
DS#2 made BY HIMSELF a Marine throw for me. I was really surprised with it and that HE did it!!
DS#3 gave me a boxed jewerly set and a new calculator...my + sign sticks.
Mom and stepdad gave me some jeans.
MIL and FIL gave me a bath set.
Dad and stepmom gave DH and I a $40 GC to Texas Roadhouse.

It was a very good Christmas as always. I am thankful for what I received and hope that others are just as blessed.

Willing to share what you received?

Dh got me a floor lamp, I have been wanting to rearrange the living room. Where I want my reading chair there wouldn't be any good light for reading, so now I can move it around and have light. Woohoo. He also got me light bulbs to go with the lamp and some new kitchen towels and potholders. A calendar for 2008, is a betty crocker one with a chocolate dessert recipe for each month. The calendar was from the kids. And dh filled my stocking with chocolates. My sweet tooth is very happy. My mil got me a hummingbird feeder and food for that, and a rooster cookie jar. My parents live out of state and sent us a check. My grandmother is stressing because we haven't received what she sent yet. I hope it is just slow coming from Florida and not just lost or stolen. She usually sends a card with cash in it. She has parkinsons and cash is easier than writing out checks for her and she doesn't like buying gift cards.

Dh gave me a coat, pj's, a shirt and a pair of slippers.
Dd16 gave me a shark vacuum (it's light and it's just perfect for those little jobs!) a candle, a borders giftcard, a bath scrubbie and a Dove bath set. That girl went overboard for her momma!
Dd7 gave me a cute precious moments bell.
Stepdaughter gave me a pair of lounge pants.
MIL gave me an outfit (the shirt is too small) and a rice cooker (this would be the dud gift! LOL) I will never use a rice cooker.

Haven't done our Christmas yet. We'll be doing it on the 27th. Gripey and I have already agreed no official gift to unwrap just a trip later on in the year that we both want to take.

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

I got Calpalon pots and pans, Calpalon knife, robe, coat, sweater, a couple of books, money, pajamas and a gift card to a resturant. I didn't really want anything. All I wanted to do was spend time with family and have fun.

DH gave me some lovely jewelry.
Mom gave me a set of metal crochet needles and a gift card from JoAnns.
My brother gave me some seasonal scatter rugs (which I did ask for).

I handed out a new flatscreen monitor to DH, some books and books on CD to Mom along with some nuts and goodies.

But the best was seeing my Brother's face when I handed him a tray with 2 huge meatloafs on it! He didn't know what to make of it. But he has dinner for a fortnight and I'm sure he'll enjoy telling people of the Christmas he got a meatloaf.
