Default Who's hitting the day after Christmas sales?

DH is saying why would we want to get out and fight the crowds. He thinks everybody is going to be out tomorrow. Kids have some gift certificates they want to spend and I'm wanting to go to Lowes to see if they have marked down their fake trees. I don't think it will be as bad as DH thinks. Couldn't be any worse than last Saturday which was crowded with people last minute buying. Tomorrow is just going to be the people wanting a bargain and people returning things. At Wallyworld they have a section roped off just for returns. I'm not needing to return anything so I'll stay away from that section. Do want to see if any of the Christmas goodies are marked down. Kids have some Bath and Body works gift certificate from their grandma. They will also want to go to Walmart. They love that place. I don't know why. I want to see what Walgreens has to offer. Probably won't stay there long. Need to see what they have before I mail off my December rebate.

Gripey and I might hit 1 or 2 places on our way to pick up ds and ddil at the airport. I'm mainly looking for some hershey's kisses (to last in the freezer for the whole year...I have 2 per day...lol) and a stocking for a new family member. That's it.....plain and simple.

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

Only two per day? You are more disciplined than anybody I know.

I have to take DS#1 back to DFW airport tomorrow. I usually would be hitting the after Christmas sales, but since I will be on the road traveling to the airport (2 hours each way), I will skip this year. I will be to heart broken after watching him walk through that security check point and saying good bye that shopping would not be a good thing for me. I would surely overspend to compensate for my depression.

I hope you ladies get great deals!!

Unfortunately, I am always too tapped out by Christmas to do the sales. And, I have to be at work in the morning too. So, no sales for me.

I think I may try to head out and peek at the bargains...and get a few things that I wanted for Christmas that no one knew about but I will be paying CASH if I do buy anything! (well ok - debit! )

I wait until Sunday. If Target does like that have in the past on Sunday Christmas stuff will be 75% off and the first Sunday in January what is left will be 90% off. All I will be looking for is gift wrap and tags for next year.

I'm going for the first time in years! I hope to get some wrapping paper for next year, and also some ornaments that I can use as gifts. Not sure what else I will find... I don't need much, just mainly going out of curiosity.

I'm going to hit Kohl's tomorrow. DH got me some PJ's that I absolutely LOVE. They were originally $44 and he got them for around $15 - they're marked down another 20% toomorrow

I might hit Walmart - DS's good friend's bday is tomorrow and we're going over to his house to eat cake, I'd like to pick up a small gift (even though its not really a bday party)

I really thought about it but I'd have to bring my 6-year old along and he's not much of a shopper. I have a $10 Kohls cash thing, instead I might just buy something online with that (they have $.99 shipping right now) and that way I won't be tempted to spend so much!

Eh...I don't really know. We're doing Christmas at my in-laws at 2:00, so I'm not sure I want to be out and about this morning.
