    Default antivirus doctor virus

    Can anyone help me get rid of the antivirus doctor virus? It's pretty much like the AV suite virus. I can't get malwarebytes, adaware or any of the anti-spyware programs to load. iI tried changing the proxy settings, but I can't click the 'appy' button. Can't click F8 to get to safe mode,, either. sigh

    My MIL's computer got that, what a PITA!

    Go back to a saved date (restore point) then go in and delete the files.
