I have McAfee Internet Security Suite, it has spam blocker, virus protection, a firewall and Privacy Sevice all. I love it, I bought it when I could get a $30 rebate on it. You can set what you want to be considered spam, add friens so there mail doesn't get put in the spam folder. You can also set parental control if you need them and you can set a differnt set og things for each person who uses the computer. I love it!
