ARGGH! What has my dd done?

I'm running trend's free online virus scan and so far it says that we have a TOJAN AGENT.BI and CHM PSYME.C

Both say they are noncleanable-- how do I get rid of them?

also, my outlook express lost all of my addresses? Does this have something to do wih it? Any idea how to get my addresses back? or what may have happened, so we don't do it again?

BTW-- We run Norton Antivirus, with a firewall and update at least twice a week, so this really frustrates me.

Unfortunately I don't have any clue as to how to help you~ just wanted to send my hug along! I've gotten viruses before and they are so frustrating. I generally go to the windows website and start going through their "patches" until I find a way to fix the problem. Good luck!
