    Default I'm sick of it!!!

    This blasted digital camera of mine is getting harder to download from. I think the connection where the cable connects to the camera is loose and it's #$$@%%^# me off!!!

    I do have my son's camera sitting here and I know I should use that but that means I have to install software for it and I'm too lazy today to do it.

    hey - what is your seller name on Ebay ?? I want to see your goodies little girl!!

    Swab out your connections with an alcohol soaked Qtip - It might have mung from skin oils and wwhat not - thats what I had to do to get a tighter connection - now I clean it regularly - its weird to cuz the connections are all covered!!

    gabe, it's my old and trusty Olympus C-800L.

    Also, I was looking for the software for my son's Olympus C-150 and can't find it here or on the Olympus site. Any suggestions for where I might look for that?

    no, it didn't work. I'm pretty sure it's a loose connection so I might have to take it in and have someone look at it.

    When I connect the cable to the camea it takes about 20 or 30 tries before it starts downloading. It's a matter of jiggling it until the cable is sitting right and then it's ok. this camera is about 10 years old now so I guess I shouldn't complain too much.
