    Default Why can't I save an image?

    I was scouting around to change my avatar and it saves it as ART or BITMAP

    I checked the other saved things in my pictures and they are jpegs?

    I only have thopse two options and they dont work, when I open the little file it is empty

    Robin, if you go in and clear your cache, that will usually take care of the problem. I have mine do that from time to time and that almost always fixes it. HTH .
