    Question Photographing pets...... need help!

    Darlene's post Tips to better digital photography on how to utilize your digital camera is great, lots of tips in those sites.

    But my problem is when I take pics of my kids, a lot of the time I get this eye glowing thing going on. Like in the pic below. Anyone know how I can stop that?

    I finally figured it out!!!

    You have to be down on thier level with them looking right at you. Must be something about thier eyes/vision that does this. Every time I took a pic today, I made sure I was down on thier level and it worked great every time!

    How cute! Jimmy started camping out in a small box recently. It's just so cute how they climb inside and just hangout. He hadn't done it ever before and then suddenly now he'll climb in and stay for long while and nap inside too.

    Empty boxes and paper bags are my kids favorite toys!

    You should have seen Fonz and Squeaks trying to get in that same box. They got in up to thier shoulders and they were 'hidden'.

    Our Sassie girl is the same way. She loves to get into boxes and sleep the day away. One of her favorite places is inside the shelf on dd's computer desk. She has always loved small places and boxes.

    When we had 2 indoor cats they would wait their turn on a basket that sat on Gripeys chair side table. One would climb in and take a nap and the other would just sit there and watch ..... . It was sooo funny. I swear at times they'd go hungry for the chance to nap in that basket.
