    Default Need plug-in help

A few weeks back, I had to reinstall our ISP providers software. We have compuserve. For some reason now, whenever I click on certain pages I have no image. It just says "get plug-in". When I click on the image to get the plug-in, it comes up and says Compuserve does not support that plug-in. Is there something I can download?

    What should I do?

    Thank you!
