Default So, I just spent a long time...

...editing out info that was too detailed about where I live. I had to go through 1000+ posts. Phew- it took a couple hours! I am too comfortable here, but it has been nagging at the back of my brain for a while, and I should know better as I have had a real-life stalker before.

Anyway, I just decided it was time to do it. I have been more careful about not putting anything too identifiable in my posts for the last couple months (since I found out about the freaks who "steal" pictures of kids in diapers, I have been more careful) but I still needed to go back and edit the old posts. What a long timeit took!

Wish this big ole world of ours wasn't home to wierdo's. So glad the good guys outnumber the bad guys too.
    You guys take care.

Darlene, I think the only thing really identifiable in the posts was my neighbors, and that info is gone now. But you just can't be too careful, KWIM?

I have been reading Frank Abagnale's books (Catch Me IF You Can and The Are Of The Steal) and there is a lot of info in the second one about security and such. It is pretty eye-opening, and I would recommend it to anyone, just because it is so interesting.

Well, this is one of those forums that I can't seem to edit in, but the title of the second book is supposed to be The ART Of The Steal....

I agree Kimberly, you can't be too careful now-a-days. I try to be very "guarded" about the identifying info I put in posts, but its hard when you feel so comfortable here.
