Quick digital camera memory question
I had not planned on buying a digicam at this time, but when I saw the camera I want for $225 (rather than $400), I decided to strike while the iron is hot. The same store is offering a "SanDisk 1GB SD memory card" for $30.
If the specs for the camera I'm buying say SD/MMC, does that mean SD or MMC? And if so, the memory card quoted above would work, right?
TIA!

Yes that's the right kind. Here's a link for more info.

You can always ask where you buy the camera too.

Thanks Darlene; that's a great link. With the hustle-bustle in stores today and tomorrow, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find a clerk who was actually knowledgeable, KWIM?
