HELP!!!!
Okay I know nothing about computers obviously, so maybe someone can help me..Everytime I try to open a PDF, my computer freezes. I used to be able to view PDF's. What am I doing wrong?? Do I need an update or something??
ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I'm not a computer tech or anything but it might be helpful if you give more information. What operating system are you using, what version of Adobe reader, do you have spyware/virus software, etc?
Have you gone to the Adobe page to see if they have a troubleshooting section? I'm lucky enough to have several "computer people" in my life so when my computer acts up I CAN just say "it freezes" and they'll fix it. They tend to have to come over and tinker first though (to find out what's going on), they can't just give me a solution based on that description of the problem.

Since Adobe Reader is a free application, the first thing I'd do is uninstall and reinstall it with the newest updated version. If that doesn't fix the bug, perhaps try updating your antivirus software. Good luck!
