Dial A Human

I know this has been posted here before but I couldn't find the link. I just used the method recommended to get a human at Verizon Wireless & it worked! Last week I called there & was lost in the endless button pressing loop ( I was swearing)and finally sat there for 5 min saying nothing, I got through. This time I pressed #00 & whoosh, I was in, lol. http://www.dialahuman.com/

I just don't say anything from the beginning. Takes me about 2 minutes to get a human. I did find someplace the other day that HUNG UP ON ME when I didn't speak. I was calling to check prices, so I guess I'll never be buying from them, and got online and told them so.
