None and I mean none of the stores here will take online coupons..I have been quite dissapointed with the Sunday coupons too...Anyone else finding this in your area??
I don't use many coupons either. Where I live nobody doubles coupons and the Sunday paper coupons are a joke. I'd be lucky to get 3 or 4 coupons and they're usually for things that we don't buy anyway! Our paper's coupon section is filled with collectible ads for things like coins, figurines, or really ugly clothes that I have no use for. For the price of the Sunday paper, $1.50, the coupons almost never equal the price of the paper. I haven't tried the printed coupons because I don't feel like the savings would be worth the money spent on the ink and the paper to print them.

I can't use the online ones either, and I agree that the coupon inserts are mostly junk. I still use a few, but not many. I would not buy a paper for them. Fortunately, I work the Sunday shift at the library (weekend supervisor) and the director said when I first started working there that I could have the coupons. It never hurts to ask, right? We get two copies so I get them free. Otherwise, I just wouldn't bother.
If your home newspaper doesn't have many Q's I suggest getting the paper of the bigger city. For example if you live near Chicago, try to find their paper. The bigger cities have more coupons because they have a bigger circulation. Not all areas have all of the coupons. Coupons are distributed by the manufacturers by marketing areas, so if you live in the midwest you may not see the same Q's someone in California will see. This weekend should be a good week. The coupon schedule says there will be 3 smartsource and 2 Redplum inserts. Also try joining a coupon train, or go to a coupon service. You can pick and choose what coupons you want sent to you for a small fee of clipping and shipping and handling it may be worth looking into. Never buy coupons from someone who does not specifically say the fee if for the above mentioned. It is illegal to sell coupons. As long as you are paying for the s&h and the time spent clipping it is legal. As far as internet Q's go it is hit and miss. Some stores only take internet Q's from their own website, some take any, and some take none. My Walmart, and Giant Eagle do so I'm lucky in that. Hope some of this helps.

It is frustrating. Ben and Jerry's has a great new Net coupon - $3 off a pint, which makes the pint almost free - and I can't redeem it anywhere.
I gave up on IPs ( Internet Printables ) a while ago. I use coupon services to get multiples of the coupons I want. It is easier this way.

Coupons are a joke here anymore. I can't find any good ones on products we use. No online users anymore either. The one store that took them has now closed. Its also the one store that actually had Lost Liters. I rarely find a sale anywhere and my groceries have gone up so much. Now that gas has gone down I may start taking a trip once a month out of town to stock up on some lost liters and use some coupons.

Last year, the coupon stash was pretty bleak in December but came back with a bang in January. My newspaper had six coupon inserts first Sunday in January 2008.
Coupons are always anemic around the holidays and generally there are no coupons on Christmas week. The first week in Jan will be a good coupon week. I have noticed a decrease in the $$ amount of coupons. Such as a product that used to issue a $.35/1 is now issueing $.55/2. Anyone else notice this?
Also big city newspapers will have more coupons. I think that circulation determines the quantity of coupons.
There are 5 inserts due in tomorrows paper. If your local paper doesn't get them, I agree, get a metropolitan area paper.
I also use the coupon train here on FV and trade on another site as well as ordering from Ebay and some of the sites that have banners here on FV like Coupon Clippers.
