This is only the second time for doubles here. I understand they are doing trials to see if it boost sales. If your k-mart is doing it, it is worth checking out. I went today and got several things free or very cheap. Happy shopping I hope it's in everyones area.

The two near me are doing it. I went and spent $119.00 but only had to pay $35.00! I got deoderant for DH for maybe a year. Free windex, $.50 paper towel, carpet deoderizer, $.50 deoderant for DD's and myself and snacks... It was a good day. There were quite a few things not worth purchasing even with the double coupons.

Also note, several Kmarts have let people know that this will be a once a month event starting this month in order to increase business.
If your store is not on the list, make sure you tell the store manager how disappointed you are that you have to shop at a different Kmart, and not his/her store.

I know that when our K-mart did this awhile back. They were cleared out fairly quickly. I had to go back three times to get the body wash that was going to be free. Overall I think they had more people come in but I'm not sure if they ended up making much profit off of it. (Most people are like most of us on here and only went for the free or almost free items)
