help
i need help to learn how to trade coupons! i have no idea how or what to do. so can somebody please take the time to help me. i would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

You can post what you have and what you need in the coupon forum.
Example: I'm searching for GM cereal and Crest toothpaste coupons. And then say what you have to trade for it. Coupons or anything you have to offer.
Look in the coupon forum and you will see other examples of how trades are posted, too. Here's one example:
