I just got back from grocery shopping and have to say it was a very good one. I shopped at hyvee and saved $31 in coupons. It just happened that coupons and sale items matched up pretty good!

here are some sales with the matching coupons at hyvee:

100 calorie cakesters ($1 after coupon)
Kraft Singles cheese (.88 cents after coupon)
Ritz toasted chips ($1 after coupon)
Kraft Bagelfuls ($1 after coupon)
Kraft salad dressing (.88 cents after coupon)
Kraft BBQ sauce (free after coupon, on sale for .99cents)
Honeymaid Graham Crackers (don't remember exactly but it was much cheaper than hyvee brand)
Deli Fresh lunch meat $.99 after coupon

There were many other coupons, but my coupon binder and receipt is down in the car

You need to print out quickly, I see that some are already gone, they go quickly! Also, your hyvee sales price may differ some, so check local prices. Sometimes you can get a couple coupons.

i wanted too but its through coupon. com -- and they haev majoe spyware they gave me thorugh theor site. and if i didnt accept active x at time it wouldnt work. i got spyware. ughhh
id love to get the coupoins though.

It's very easy to remove spyware, it's seems almost every place has it.
