How to Download the coupon printer?

Okay, what I need is a link or instuctions for downloading the coupon printer.
This is something that alot of people have problems with (I realize this from reading other posts) and so am I.

At one point I did have it downloaded onto my computer but for some reason it has just disappeared and I don't know how I came across it or I can't find a link as to how to do it.
So could someone *please* walk me through how to download it again?

Thank-you for this link, I've downloaded it and will try to see if I can get some of my online coupons downloaded today.

Okay, well I was able to download the printer but it's not working????

Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas for me?

I would love to be able to print off all of those Kraft coupons but at this point I've not been successful.
