    craigslist maybe?

the only place I've ever seen coupons for sale is ebay

I would personally try to group coupons by category, 50 pet only coupons, 50 baby only coupons, 50 health/beauty coupons, etc.

    good luck.

I'm very confused... what's with the spam message??

I had no idea you could sell coupons, I thought they always said they had no cash value.

On ebay would be a good place. Put them in lots of similiar. Say all cat coupons. You cannot sell the coupons....what you are selling is your time to clip them out, and to put them in the mail. You would be offering a service. Search ebay for coupons and see how people do their descriptions.
On this forum is sub forum where you can offer things for sale.
You may have to have 100 posts in, to be able to view it. Not sure.

The spam post is probably because the url is a competition to this site.

Also, you could try to offer shipping for "free" - just bump up the cost of the opening bid.

"you are not bidding on coupons, you are bidding on my time to locate, clip, and sort said coupons"

Start with a few small auctions. If you start them at .99 each, it will only cost you a dime to list them.
Use a small handling fee with your postage.....I would think 1.99 total , might work. Try like 20 cat coupons in 1 auction.
If you have a large quanity of coupons, sort them by the same pages they are on. For example, take 10 pages of the same coupon....line them up, and cut all 10 pages at once. I have one of those heavy paper cutters to use. I cut cardboard with mine when I have a quite a few of packages to go out. I have to recycle cardboard to keep my costs down. Yes I sell on ebay when the mood strikes me

If you use ebay to host your picture, the first one is free.
I use a hosting site for mine that costs me $ 25 a year. It sounds like a lot but it works out to $ 2 a month. A lot cheaper than ebay's hosting.

Currently on ebay, your first 5 auctions you list, are free each month.

Try to list so many each week steady. That way, you should get repeat customers.

    Default selling coupons

I buy coupons on E-bay alot. We don't have a paper that has them in it. I look up the item I am looking for...say Brand X dishsoap and then if there are any coupons at a reasonable price with shipping I buy them. I always look for sellers who have free shipping or give a great discount on the purchase of multiple items. I buy coupons in lots of 10 to 20. Anymore and I can't use them. I also give about half away to a friend that could use the savings. Sometimes, if I see a person reaching for the same product, I hand them a coupon. Love to see the surprise on their face, makes me feel good to help someone else even if is only to save a buck. If you do the ebay thing...send me a message...I'll see if I can be one of your first customers. Lucky you to have all those coupons.

Go to eBay and research how other successful sellers group/price/sell their coupons. Selling on eBay AND making a profit isn't as easy as most people think. There are listing fees, selling fees, and PayPal fees. Try not to use ANY of the extras that eBay offers for a fee. That just eats into your profits. eBay offers one picture for free so I don't know why you were paying for pictures.

Research eBay fees. There are auction fees, Fixed Price 30 days listing fees, and store listing fees (if you have an eBay store). There are also different selling fees and percentages.

As others have stated you can't sell coupons. BUT you can charge for your time to clip, sort, ship them.

You can no longer offer to accept checks/money orders. If a buyer emails and asks if you will take such payments you can. You have to offer electronic payments - PayPal, your own credit card processor or a couple of other companies that most U. S. buyers haven't heard of and won't use (their fees are higher also). Check into PayPal micropayments. They have lower fees and is for sellers that get lots of small payments. I don't remember that the price cutoff is though.

    Good Luck!

FYI, it is illegal to "sell" coupons, but you can charge a fee for shipping and handling and the time it took you to clip them. I wouldn't want you to get into trouble, so you may not want to use the word sell when you want to get rid of them.

Wow, how do you get 50-100 inserts every week? Do you buy that many newspapers?

Correct! Please make sure that you make it clear that what you are selling is your service NOT the coupons.
