trouble with Kraft cheese coupon

Today at the grocery store I tried to use the $1 off 2 Kraft natural cheese that was in this past Sundays insert and it didn't work. Now I was in the self-checkout so maybe that made a difference? Anyway, the lady overseeing the machines sent me up to the service desk and the lady there just gave me a dollar.

Next time check and see if there are two barcodes on the coupon. For some reason they are printing the same barcode twice and when ever I use the self scan I have to cover up the second one with my fingers (the cashier told me about this annoying problem and showed me how to scan it)
