Default Excellent deal on Brita water pitcher with coupon

My supermarket (Shoprite here in NJ) has a Brita Slim Water Pitcher on sale half price for 9.99. I had a "$5.00 off any one Brita system" coupon. So the final cost to me was $4.99. It's not a huge pitcher but I don't really mind. I just wanted something so we could stop buying bottles of water so much. Wow, I can finally drink tap water lol.

WOW! That's 75% off! It's amazing what those little strips of paper (aka coupons), can do to sweeten an already good deal. You certainly had every right to brag about your bargain

    Good goin'!!

Wow. Wish I'd saved that coupon. Kroger blew theirs out for $5.99 and then it would have been .99. Maybe I can retro coupon?? Good job on the deal. My DD was calling coupons "Magic Money". I laughed because technically they do turn back into ordinary paper after the exp. date.

    Great deal

frugalfranny, we just got one when we moved into town in FL because I couldn't stand the tap water I think they do take the chlorine taste out. After filtering our water through a pitcher it taste's just like bottled water.

I got the coupon from a site i found on the Brita site. YOu pledge to drink more filtered water and buy less bottles and you to print out the 5 dollar coupon. You don't pledge money or anything, just promise to buy less bottles. Check it out.

Great deal! I love my Brita pitcher. We decided to get one back in June & use it everyday. Actually, its time to change the filter again. Those can seem expensive, but compared to bottled water its cheaper. I can tell a huge difference in the filtered water vs county water. I notice a slight difference at home, but not a lot (well water). Enjoy your Brita!
