If you have a Big Lots Rewards card - use it Saturday, July 16 from 5-9 pm and get 20% off. If you have a rewards card you should also receive a coupon via email for 20% off all day Sunday, July 17.

12/08/10 - Begin diet & exercise program.
Goal #1 - lose 30 lbs, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol - DONE
Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11
05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.

Just for all of your info. I do not have a rewards card and I still get the coupons via email just for signing up for email. I did not get Saturday though.
